HSLDA.....a no-go for now....

HSLDA called me back regarding the paperwork from my county Board of Education. The representative said that because the county did not say that they "require" me to fill the paperwork out, HSLDA can't do anything yet; it would be pre-mature. BUT if the county contacts me about why I didn't send the extra paperwork in or that I must, at that time they can contact them. Until then all those that are going to fill it out anyway, will, and the county wins anyway except with a few that are willing to stand against them.
