Hat is finished; Sweater questionable

Here is a picture of the finished baby hat...it might be the only hand-knit item my sister-in-law gets at the baby shower from me....I'm quickly running out of yarn for the sweater unless I can figure out a good place to change over to grey...I don't think I'm going to get the other yarn I ordered in time.
