A Finished Object

Since I was out of yarn for the hats, I decided to knit Popeye a scarf. He deserved to have something since he basically foots the bill for all this yarn and needles! (hee hee) I was DYING to try out my new Addi Turbos....I LOVE them! Oh, and I think the scarf turned out nicely too!

The scarf is beautiful. What yarn did you use? What stitch?

The hats look great, too! Do you have multiple sets of double point needles in the same size? It looks it in the photos.

Thanks for the address on the Addis. I haven't had a chance to check it out yet.

Thanks!!

I used LionBrand Homespun for the scarf. I cast on I think 147 stitches with size 13, then just knit each row with size 11, then bound off with size 13. It is really soft.

Yes, I do have 2 sets of dpns in the same size...there is no way I could make ONE hat before the other, ya know! LOL BUT they will BOTH be finished at night when the kiddos are in bed so that they THINK they were both finished at the same time.
